👥 Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring Sales Agents / Property Facilitators who are passionate about real estate and want to grow with a digital-first, local platform. Whether you’re experienced in field sales or starting your journey, if you’re good with people and places — we want you.
🧾 Job Role: Sales Agent (Full-Time / Part-Time / Commission-Based)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🏠 Visit and verify new property listings submitted to the platform.
- 📞 Coordinate with property owners to gather details (price, photos, location, legal status).
- 👥 Take interested buyers/tenants for site visits.
- 💬 Explain property features, location benefits, and clarify buyer queries.
- 📸 Help in taking property photos/videos if needed.
- 🧾 Assist in paperwork and final handover in coordination with our core team.
- 📊 Report status updates on property listings and follow-ups.
✅ Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Odia & Hindi (English optional but preferred)
- Must be based in or around Berhampur
- Owns a bike/scooter and smartphone
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory
- Should be trustworthy, punctual, and polite
- Ability to manage WhatsApp & basic mobile apps
